Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are sold as auto-renewing subscriptions through Apple. Your subscription begins after any free trial.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends.
Manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID settings. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
Prices may change; we will give notice as required.

Our giving commitment

Your subscription is not a donation. You are purchasing a subscription to the Service. Simba & Good, as a business, commits to giving to animal welfare from its own revenue. Amounts you pay are not charitable donations by you and are not tax-deductible to you. Our welfare-giving goals are aspirational and described on our welfare plan page.

Partner offers

We may show optional, clearly labelled offers from partner brands. Featured partners contribute to animal welfare. Any transaction you enter with a partner is between you and that partner.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, interfere with its operation, or use it unlawfully.

Intellectual property
